Getting Under the Hood
These bulbs are made for a real workout. We spec them for 400V systems, so they plug straight into your standard industrial lines—no voltage step-down needed. They can handle anywhere from 1000W to 2500W, giving you the kind of heat density that makes curing fast and consistent. And we designed them to fit. The lengths—from 300mm to 600mm—are made to drop right into your existing fixtures. No redesigning the whole machine. Just a heads-up: a 400V 2500W tube throws off a lot of heat. Make sure your cooling system is ready for it.
What They’re Made Of
We use high-purity quartz glass for the bulb. It handles the shock of rapid on/off cycles and lets the UV energy through cleanly. Inside, the mercury charge is measured to the gram, so the output stays stable for the life of the lamp. For the connection, we stick with the R7s bi-pin. It’s a solid, two-contact setup that handles high current without arcing. It’s just a straightforward, drop-in connection you can wire up and get running.
